Who is behind iceKore?

  • Jonas Lunding
    I am a lifelong sports enthusiast with an Ironman and several ultramarathons behind me. I am also a dedicated cold plunger who genuinely loves the cold. If you have any questions, you can always reach me on 42 41 18 40.

    You would probably call me a biohacker. I care deeply about holistic health, which is exactly why I was drawn to cold plunging so quickly. It has had a huge impact on me, and I hope we can help you experience the same.

The story of iceKore

How iceKore began

iceKore started with a passion for health. We discovered winter bathing and fell in love with the rush of energy that hits the moment you step into cold water.

Once cold plunging became part of our lives, we wanted a way to make it part of our everyday routine. We were done with long, freezing bike rides to the water. We wanted something simple: an ice bath we could step into every morning before work.

From hobby to company

When we could not find a solution we believed in, we started building one ourselves. It began with a converted chest freezer and some fairly complicated electronics.

We quickly realized we were not the only ones tired of flimsy plastic products and the lack of well-made options on the market.

So we set out to create something better: a tub you can use all year, cold enough to deliver the real ice-bath feeling, and beautiful enough to be proud of in your home or garden.
